Customer Credentials

- Add the customer contact name and login email.
- Generate or enter a temporary password.

3. What Customer Users Can Do
Customer users can normally:
- view their customer portal dashboard;
- place new orders;
- review order status;
- access quotations when public links are shared;
- view invoices or receipts when access is enabled.
The exact access depends on tenant configuration and enabled modules.
4. Blacklisted Customers
If a customer is blacklisted, the customer should not be able to submit new orders from the customer portal. Tenant admins should review the customer status before assisting with new orders.
