Organization, Access and Settings

Access control​

Tenant administrators configure user permissions in Organization -> Access Control. Keep cost, routing/fuel sync, document templates, finance, payables, and user/credential management restricted to the appropriate role.

Order Settings​

Configure preset routes, packages, surcharges, reusable add-ons, tax, cancellation settings, fuel prices, and routing cost rules before taking production orders.

  • Preset routes calculate distance/cost from current fuel price and KM/L settings.
  • Package route sequence shows constituent route price/cost and can be edited in its own edit state.
  • Sync fuel prices before recalculating route costs. If the system says fuel prices are missing, complete the fuel sync in Cost settings first.
  • Recalculate missing cost updates only route-related lines without cost; Recalculate all is a deliberate full refresh and requires permission.

Profile templates​

Profile controls invoice, quotation, billing email, communication, and other approved templates. Use available tokens only. Preview/test output before production use, and never paste scripts or unsafe HTML into a template.

Storage and retention​

Attachments are private and stored by category. Retention settings determine whether eligible documents expire. Do not delete required finance, payroll, or operational evidence outside the approved retention policy.
